The service

SSP Statify provides tournament scoring, roster management, and broadcast tools for organizers, and a public stats database (SSPpedia) built from the tournaments run on the platform. Features, pricing, and availability may change over time.

Organizer accounts

• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.
• You're responsible for the accuracy of the tournament, team, and player data you upload — this data is displayed publicly on SSPpedia.
• Don't upload content you don't have the right to use, or data intended to mislead or impersonate a real person or organization.
• We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or abuse the platform.

Public stats data

Stats, results, and profiles shown on SSPpedia are compiled from data submitted by tournament organizers. We aim for accuracy but don't guarantee it — if you spot an error, please let us know.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to disrupt the service, scrape it at abusive volume, circumvent access controls, or use it for anything unlawful.

Third-party links and services

The platform may link to or embed third-party services (e.g. YouTube live streams, WhatsApp). We aren't responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We aren't liable for losses arising from downtime, data loss, or errors in tournament data, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
